Dr. Jeff Beran, PT, DPT, ATC

 "Be #BetterEveryDay"

Jeff  Beran is the founder of Evolution Elite Performance Therapy and was  born and raised locally here in Scottsdale, Az. He graduated with his BA  in Athletic Training from North Central College in Naperville, IL where  he played football (4 years) and baseball (2 years). After working in  the rehabilitation/physical therapy field for 2 years, he decided to  further his education by earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from  A.T. Still University in Mesa, Az in 2006.

Jeff  has been fortunate to have been mentored and educated by the best in  the fields of rehabilitation, sports performance as well as strength and  conditioning over his career.  He has been formally trained in Dry  Needling, Graston, FMS/SFMA, Class IV laser therapy, MSK US and  fitness/rehab protocols that are developed around DNS (Dynamic  Neuromuscular Stabilization) and neurodynamic principles. This allows  for the development of higher order fitness programming and client  education to achieve a successful return to pain-free function and  performance.

Years  of experience and learning have allowed Jeff to become a mentor to many  Physical Therapists and students across the country. Jeff has an  open-door policy welcoming anyone wishing to shadow in our office and  learn how the unique way he chooses to treat. Not only is he sought out  by clients and professional athletes from around the country, he is a  pioneer in providing and delivering high level fee-for-service physical  therapy and sports performance.

He sits on the Board of Directors for a nationally renowned organization known as Rehab2Performance and is a reviewer on the editorial board for the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies

Dr. Frank Tardi, PT, DPT, CSCS

"Don't Just Treat It, Train It!"

Dr.  Frank originally from Chicago, IL obtained his undergrad in 2009 at  DePaul University with a Bachelors of Sociology. He furthered his  education graduating as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2018 from  Midwestern University, Glendale AZ.

He  is educated in higher order programs designed to fit the individual  needs of his patients, looking to bridge the gap between the clinical  reasoning of physical therapy and the practical application of health  & fitness. His unique treatment approach emphasizes patient  education and manual therapies in conjunction with creating an  appropriate therapeutic fitness regimen to promote a healthy lifestyle  and efficient recovery.

Dr.  Frank (A.K.A – Frankie) has been in the CrossFit community as an  athlete and strength & conditioning coach for just over 10 years.   Is a Dual Certified NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning  Association),  Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) & Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

Dr. Carly Schoenhoft, DC, RYT 200

“Stay curious and keep moving”

Carly was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where she got her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and her commission into the Army. She served the country for eight years, traveling all over the globe. While serving, she received yoga teacher training, represented on the All- Army Boxing Team, and played an important role in informing Infantry leaders on injury prevention and performance optimization during the integration of women into combat arms.

Transitioning out of the military lifestyle, Carly shifted to her purpose: empowering movement. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. There, she was in the student Rehab 2 Performance Club, the Student American Chiropractic Association, and received training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) training.

Carly is endlessly curious about movement and how to get her patients back to doing what they love without pain. She is passionate about making her patients more resilient by using the eclectic range of techniques studied and learned as a Soldier, coach, teacher, and now a clinician.

Kellie Green - Office Manager

"The answer is always NO if you never ask."

Kellie  Green is the Office Manager for  Evolution Elite Performance Therapy.  Graduating from ASU in 2003, she began working with non-profit  organizations managing their special events departments while planning  and executing fundraising events. She became part of the Evo family in  2014.

She  is our Do Everything - Schedule Maneuvering Tetris Queen. We are  blessed in our office to have wonderful doctors in high demand. Along  with doing all of the typical administrative tasks, she is a master at  maneuvering the schedule to accommodate patients’ needs. Tell her what  you need and 95% of the time, she can make it happen. She must have  absorbed this skill while annihilating her sister at Tetris on the SNES  all those years. Don’t tell the sister, she may have another version of  the story. ;o}

Kellie  is also the office administrator for the nationally renowned organization Rehab2Performance.
